Absolutely stunning location with crystal clear waters and white sand beach. We enjoyed the daily breakfast that offered plenty of fresh fruits and bread. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The private beach was very peaceful and never crowded, perfect for a romantic escape.

Although the sea view was beautiful, the room was quite dated. , the prices for additional services such as bike rentals and spa treatments were overpriced.

hotel much too expensive for the service proposed, it is definitely not a 5 stars hotel but 3 stars max. you can find much better for the same price. hotel applies 15% more from the price showed in booking:"service charge".

The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel had a great location right by the beach. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view.

Very poor breakfast, very bad internet, happy hours ridiculous very poor no buffet just two things at table, staff with no training at all, no good any English speaker syaff, waiting more than 1 hour at reception for checkin because my booking confirmation was not enough the need to receive official email from Booked.net, asked to speak with manager but none speak English.

The hotel had a great swimming pool and private beach. The location near the bus station provided easy access to Sanya Center. The staff were helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were super polite.

The rooms were lovely and the bed was huge. Lovely hotel and very clean.

It states a private beach but the beach is nowhere near as nice as the hotels further up the strip. There are no sun loungers, there is only a small piece of beach right beside a pier. 5minutes in a taxi down the road there are hotels with private beaches with sun loungers and a proper beach. Breakfast just ok. Other than this its a lovely place.

I loved the beach view from my room. The breakfast had delicious options, and the staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with much to do in the area and a beautiful restaurant.

Wake up to a delicious breakfast or relax in the modern rooms with amazing views. The pool area is huge with many recliners and umbrellas for relaxation. In the negative aspects, the lack of spa services might be a slight inconvenience.
